At Roots, our menu changes daily to utilize the best of what nature has to offer at that particular moment in time. This way we can constantly showcase the change of flavors and colors of our environment.
We have chosen to serve three distinct set menus to all our guests. Enhancing the dining experience, we carefully select matching wines for every course, predominantly from New Zealand's boutique vineyards.
