We offer four distinct set menus to all our guests. To further enhance the dining experience, we offer the option of matching wines for every course.

Roots Chef's Table (available Wednesday to Saturday with 72-hour booking notice)

This is Roots' newest edition; a private dining Chef's table experience. Enjoy yourself in our Test Kitchen with Chef, Giulio Sturla and Team cooking in front of you. We can seat up to 6 people. This is sold as a ticketed event including Tasting Menu and Beverage Pairing for $395 per person.

Note: To provide all guests in a party the same dining experience, all guests on one table are required to choose the same number of courses.
